Inspection, Acceptance & Return
Customer has the right & duty to inspect their item(s) at the time of pickup. Missing items must be identified at the time of pickup. Mouldings, Doors & More (MDM) is responsible to supply any missing item(s) identified at that time. MDM is not responsible to supply item(s) declared missing after the order has been picked up and signed for. Non-Conforming or rejected item(s) must be identified via written notice within 5 business days from the date of pickup, including the date of pickup. MDM is responsible to repair or replace non-conforming/rejected items. Once item(s) are picked up they are non-returnable (unless they are in re-saleable condition at the time of return).
Re-Salable
Re-salable is defined as free from scratches, nail holes, saw marks, dirt, or any other condition that distinguishes itself from its original form. Stock items in good, re-saleable condition (with original packaging when applicable) will be issued full credit. Non-Stock items have a 30% restocking fee.
Non-Stock
Non-Stock is defined as anything MDM orders in to supply the individual transaction.
Liquidation Sales
All liquidation sales are final.
