Order Policy

Customer has the right & duty to inspect their item(s) at the time of pickup. Missing items must be identified at the time of pickup. Mouldings, Doors & More (MDM) is responsible to supply any missing item(s) identified at that time. MDM is not responsible to supply item(s) declared missing after the order has been picked up and signed for. Non-Conforming or rejected item(s) must be identified via written notice within 5 business days from the date of pickup, including the date of pickup. MDM is responsible to repair or replace non-conforming/rejected items. Once item(s) are picked up they are non-returnable (unless they are in re-saleable condition at the time of return).

Orders and services will be completed as acknowledged. Customers are responsible for reviewing all orders and services for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies prior to payment. Payment constitutes acceptance of the order and authorization to proceed with production.

All items that have been cut, machined, painted, stained, sold as liquidation merchandise, special-ordered, or classified as non-stock items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Full payment is required on all special-order and non-stock items prior to ordering.

A 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. All advertised and posted prices reflect the cash price.

Returnable items may be accepted at management’s discretion and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
